These applications really aren't needed anymore

If you are looking to contribute to the source:

Our source is currently open source, anyone can go on the git https://github.com/Spoffy/LLA-Station-13 and download the source as well as modify it and create pull requests to merge your features you make into the master branch. With that being said coder applications aren't really needed.

If you are looking to learn DM/ss13 code:
I suppose the first step would be to check out byond's documentation on DM code here: http://www.byond.com/docs/guide/
And i suppose the second step would be to review tg's guide to understanding ss13 code here: http://www.ss13.eu/wiki/index.php/Understanding_SS13_code
